  Following the recommendation of a friend, my daughter took lessons for a few months at this budokan before we moved away. She loved it, learned a lot, and (at 5 years old) she noticeably got better at focusing on, and following, directions. Sensei Jones is not only very patient, but explains the moves so that the kids understand how to move properly, and avoid injury further along in their practice.

  My daughter has been a student here for almost a year and she has loved it! She started at age 5 and has made excellent progression under the expert instruction and guidance of Rick Jones.
